With its open layout, Nina Communal provides an ideal setting for fostering connections and interactions among its patrons. The spaces are designed to create different zones and promote social engagement, whether it is for social, game or dining.

24 Hours Gym
Opening Hours: 24 hours daily
This state-of-the-art gym and lounge has a backdrop of spectacular views over the city. The fitness area is equipped with cardio and weight training equipment, plus a Wing Chun dummy and yoga mats. And guests can help themselves to coffee and tea anytime.

Parking Fee: HK$38 per hour
Guests could enjoy 3 hours of complimentary charging and parking service upon spending of HK$500 or above at I-O-N Kwun Tong. Otherwise, the charging service would cost HK$40 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
