Grand opening of flagship Chinese restaurant RÚ

Today marks the grand opening ceremony of RÚ, our flagship Chinese restaurant located at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West. Double the size of its original space, RÚ spans an impressive 11,000 sq. ft. and features two dining halls named "Rú Shuǐ" and "Rú Shān," as well as five private rooms designed with a modern and elegant flair...With its HK$30 million investment package, RÚ is poised to become one of the finest Cantonese restaurants in Hong Kong, and we're thrilled to bring this upscale Chinese dining experience to our beloved Tsuen Wan neighborhood.
We are honoured to welcome our officiating guests, including Mr. Norman Chan from BTR Workshop, who transformed the restaurant into an aesthetically appealing and functional space. Fashion designer Mr. Mountain Yam created our sustainable uniform, which is both stylish and eco-friendly. And last but not least, our Chinese Executive Chef Edmond Ip, who expertly blends innovative ideas with the essence of traditional Cantonese cuisine.
Together with our partners, we aim to make Tsuen Wan one of the top dining destinations in Hong Kong. We're excited to bring an elevated dining experience to the area and look forward to welcoming guests to RÚ.
