We are proud to announce our properties – Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, Nina Hotel Island South, Nina Hotel Causeway Bay, Nina Hotel Kowloon East, Lodgewood Wan Chai, Lodgewood Mong Kok and The Lily have received the first Excellent Certification in Management Aspect in the BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Version 2.0 Selective Scheme by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

Green initiatives are collectively implemented from the management to the operation, including formulate green purchasing policy and plan, implement comprehensive inspection, cleaning and maintenance of the building’s fabric and building services systems, formulate and implement green cleaning practices and adopt environmentally friendly multipurpose detergents for general cleaning,  organise educational and promotional programme to advocate green practices in respect of waste reduction (eco-friendly toiletries and upcycled uniforms), anti-epidemic hygiene (HKQAA’s Anti-epidemic Hygiene Measures Certification Scheme), environmental care and community services, etc.
