    Nice staff
As a guest who has stayed at the hotel for a long time, the service provided by Hudson, a front desk colleague, has long gone beyond "satisfactory"—it is more like a warm comfort during my journey in a foreign place.

I initially chose this hotel for its excellent location, but what truly made me willing to stay long-term was the sense of security Hudson brought. Earlier, due to personal needs, I had to request a room change. I originally thought this would cause a lot of trouble for the staff, but Hudson was extremely patient throughout the process. He was not perfunctory at all; instead, he repeatedly confirmed the details of my needs with me. Even when I adjusted my ideas multiple times midway, he always responded with a smile, helping me coordinate available rooms and check room facilities little by little until we found the one that fully met my expectations.

Moreover, whenever I wanted to explore the surrounding area and asked about places like authentic breakfast spots or convenient routes to the subway, Hudson could always give suggestions as if recalling treasures from his own collection. He even thoughtfully reminded me of travel precautions during peak hours. His familiarity with the neighborhood and attention to guests' needs reduced my sense of strangeness in this city and increased my sense of belonging.

Clearly, the room change issue troubled him for a long time, yet he never showed the slightest impatience. He always used his professionalism and patience to ease my concerns. Thank you, Hudson—with your unhurried care, you turned "staying at a hotel" into "having a reliable place to stay in a foreign land," and filled this long stay with comfort and touch.

Impeccable Service for a Perfect Stay
This was my first, but definitely not my last, visit. The Nina hotel is beautiful, and its excellent neighborhood location made getting around incredibly easy. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome—they were professional, polite, and genuinely kind, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. Although I spent most of my time out exploring, my room was a surprisingly spacious and very cozy retreat. Every interaction I had with the staff was marked by professionalism and a sincere willingness to help, which really stood out. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I eagerly anticipate a future visit.
The only drawback to the rooms would be the raised thresholds between the bathrooms and the room itself. This was a safety concern for our elderly relative with mobility issues. Also, information in the rooms about the location of amenities like the restaurants and common room would have been useful. We never wandered into the shorter tower, so we didn't know what was located there.
Overall, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West is a great hotel for those who don't mind the trade-off between a little more distance to Tsim Sha Tsui and HK island for more spacious rooms and a relaxed location. Having stayed in TST and Causeway Bay on our last visit, we would choose Nina TWWest again.

    Excellent service, great location.
The communal lounge facility is awesome and the area is very clean and sparking.Staff (Kennis and Sam)are very friendly and helpful.
Also the hotel location is convenience , close to the shopping mall, supermarkets.
The commute is very good too. Subway, bus, minivan and taxi services just in couple mins can get it.
    Definitely high recommend.
