Prestige Tasting Menu pays homage to timeless Cantonese techniques through six elegant dishes, including the signature Jiangnan Crispy Pigeon Leg and Baked Alaskan Crab Shell stuffed with Crab Meat — each delicately composed to honour tradition while embracing refinement.
