The Exquisite Tasting Menu highlights seasonal luxury with signatures such as Truffle Prawn Toast, Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Crab Meat & Winter Melon Purée, South African Abalone with Layered Tofu, and Fried Rice with Minced Australian Wagyu & Foie Gras—meticulously composed for an intimate, discovery‑driven tasting.
The Prestige Tasting Menu presents Cantonese fine‑dining at its best, featuring Superior Barbecued Pork with Honey, Braised Fish Maw & Shredded Chicken Thick Soup, Baked Alaskan Crab Meat in Crab Shell, and Braised South African Yoshihama Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce.
