We present two specially curated menus: Mid-Autumn Festival Deluxe Set Menu (HK$4,288 for four guests), featuring Braised Japanese Kanto Sea Cucumber and Goose Web in Oyster Sauce, Baked Crab Shell stuffed with Crispy Alaskan Crab Meat, and Marinated 6-head South African Abalone in Aged Huadiao Wine with Garlic-Infused Diced Antarctic Cod; alongside our Mid-Autumn Festival Indulgence Set Menu (HK$2,888 for four guests), showcasing Steamed Sabah Tiger Garoupa in Superior Soy Sauce, Roast Suckling Pig, and Braised Whole 8-head Abalone with Goose Web in Oyster Sauce.
