The Delights Set Menu features auspicious delicacies such as Braised Abalone with Minced Shrimp and Black Moss stuffed in Winter Melon and Braised Bird’s Nest with Crab Meat and Scallop. The Fortune Set Menu showcases Braised Japanese Sea Cucumber and Wok-fried Shrimp Ball with Crab Coral and Crab Meat, served with Crispy Rice, capturing the essence of new beginnings with refined Cantonese artistry.
An à la carte menu is also available, featuring festive specialties such as Lo Hei, perfect for sharing blessings of prosperity and good fortune with loved ones during this celebratory season.
