Enchanted Winter Solstice Feast celebrates timeless festive delights such as Braised Whole 8-head Abalone with Goose Web in Oyster Sauce, Tea-smoked Crispy Roast Chicken, and Shredded Chicken Soup with Dried Conpoy, Fish Maw and Chinese Chives. Deluxe Winter Solstice Feast showcases luxurious seasonal treasures including Baked Avocado stuffed with Alaskan Crab Meat and Cheese, Braised Sea Cucumber stuffed with Shrimp Paste in Abalone Sauce with Shrimp Roe, and Steamed Coral Garoupa in Superior Soy Sauce .
