A grand hotel,
a hub for all in Tsuen Wan

Amazing staff very polite and friendly. Staff Guan Duo and Xinxiang are very nice and helpful. The room is safe and comfortable the amenities and cleanliness is top notch. The location is really nice just few steps away from the market and mall.

Nina Tsuen Wan offered a welcome respite from the crowds and frenzy that often mark a Hong Kong visit. Our rooms were spacious with wonderful harbor views. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The suite even had a washer/dryer unit which came in handy during our weeklong stay. Ng Siu Hung made sure our needs were met in our 2 rooms on the 80th floor. The hotel pool was amazing! I have never seen a hotel pool as large as this one which was perfect for swimming laps. Having a park next door, a nearby MTR (TWWest), and connected malls made the stay even more relaxed. There were plenty of restaurant choices in the malls, and if one needed to go to the slightly more distant Tsuen Wan MTR, one can walk through the malls and connected skywalks the entire way. This was a great benefit for our family member who uses a walker/wheelchair.

The only drawback to the rooms would be the raised thresholds between the bathrooms and the room itself. This was a safety concern for our elderly relative with mobility issues. Also, information in the rooms about the location of amenities like the restaurants and common room would have been useful. We never wandered into the shorter tower, so we didn't know what was located there.

Overall, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West is a great hotel for those who don't mind the trade-off between a little more distance to Tsim Sha Tsui and HK island for more spacious rooms and a relaxed location. Having stayed in TST and Causeway Bay on our last visit, we would choose Nina TWWest again.

Had an amazing stay at Nina hotel. The room were spacious, the room cleaner also very helpfull and kind. Nina has a communal space where we can cook our food there. The location is also superb, close to malls and connected to the MTR Station which is very convenient. Thank you Nina Hotel!
