Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter called "T&C") govern the Nina Vivva Programme (hereinafter called "Programme") operated by Nina Hospitality Company Limited (hereinafter called "Nina Hospitality") and our relationship with members of the Programme (hereinafter called "Members" or "You"). Membership of the Programme is subject to these T&C, which are the only conditions that apply to the Programme. Nina Hospitality reserves the right to amend or modify these T&C at its discretion at any time without prior written notice to Members. By using your virtual Vivva Card to redeem benefits and services associated with the Programme, you agree that:

1. General Rules and Regulations
1.1. These terms and conditions and the relationship between Vivva members and Nina Hospitality are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

1.2. Members must not disclose their membership account information (e.g. member login and password) to any unauthorized parties. Nina Hospitality cannot be held liable for the consequences of any unauthorized disclosure of the membership account information by members or unauthorized use of the information, including but not limited to unauthorized reward redemption.

1.3. Vivva membership, Vivva Dollars, redeemed products and and eVouchers are non-transferrable, non-cashable and cannot be combined with that of other members.

1.4. The member’s benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and are non-exchangeable, non-cashable and non-transferrable.

1.5. Vivva Dollars are required to be audited and verified by Nina Hospitality. Compensation of omitted Vivva Dollars is subject to the discretion of Nina Hospitality.

1.6. All information collected from the Programme will be used by Nina Hospitality and its affiliates for marketing purpose and the maintenance of Programme only.

1.7. Since the privacy of members is of paramount importance to Nina Hospitality, we wish to protect it and maintain the trust of our members while collecting the information necessary to operate this Programme. Nina Hospitality is fully committed to providing information about the collection and use of personal data furnished by, or collected from, members while using our websites, products and services. If you do not wish Nina Hospitality to use your personal data for use in direct marketing as described, you may exercise your opt-out right by notifying us at any time without charge, via email at vivva@ninahotelgroup.com.

1.8. Interpretations of all terms and conditions of the Programme shall be at the sole discretion of Nina Hospitality.

1.9. Nina Hospitality has the rights to terminate the Programme or change, add or delete any of the programme mechanism, rules, terms & conditions, benefits & privileges, awards and award levels pertaining to the Programme, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, even though changes may affect the value of the Vivva Dollars, awards, earning ability and members’ benefits that have already been accumulated.

1.10. In the case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
2. Membership Eligibility & Fees
2.1. Membership is complimentary and is available only to individuals, not to companies, partnerships, associations, groups, or other entities.

2.2. Customers should accumulate HK$1,200 dining spending at Nina Hotels within 90 days. Contact out server at hotel or email to us at: vivva@ninahotelgroup.com for the application. (Effective from August 1, 2022)
  2.2.1. Receipt validity is 90 Days counting from the registration date.
  2.2.2. Receipt(s) should be owned by the membership applicants. Receipt(s) cannot be transfer to other customers.
  2.2.3. Each receipt(s) can be used for applying 1 single membership only. If we find any duplicated records, the corresponding memberships will be cancelled accordingly.

2.3. To own a Vivva membership, you should:
  2.3.1. Aged 18 years old or above - a valid identity proof which may be required when necessary; and
  2.3.2. Hold a valid credit card (in which the cardholder’s name is identical to the member’s name) for payment and identity verification purpose.
  2.3.3. Have a valid email address and a contact phone number. The member’s designated email address is used as Member’s log-in ID of the Vivva Portal

2.4. You may not have more than one membership or any form of joint membership. It is your responsibility to ensure your eligibility and you will indemnify Nina Hospitality against all liabilities, costs, claims, and/or expenses incurred for any breach of this provision.

2.5. Employer Restrictions - Some employers, by policy, may prohibit or restrict employee participation in the Programme. Nina Hospitality assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with these policies.

2.6. Current staff (full-time, part-time, permanent or temporary) of Nina Hospitality cannot earn Vivva Dollars. All member’s discount and promotion cannot be used in conjunction with staff discount and promotion.

2.7. Nina Hospitality may refuse membership without giving a reason.
3. Membership Validity, Upgrade and Downgrade
3.1. Membership Validity
  3.1.1. Both Classic and Premium membership is valid for 12 months upon its enrolment date or last upgrade date.
  3.1.2. Classic or Premium Vivva member should have at least 1 hotel spending within the membership year to
continue the Vivva Classic membership. Otherwise, membership will be automatically inactive upon the membership end date. (Effective from August 1, 2022)

3.2. Membership Upgrade
  3.2.1. Classic membership will be automatically upgraded to Premium membership once they have accumulated minimum of 10,000 Vivva Dollars within one membership year.

3.3. Membership Renewal
  3.3.1. Premium member should accumulate 10,000 Vivva Dollars or above within the membership year to continue the Premium Vivva membership. Otherwise, membership will be automatically downgraded to Classic membership.
4. Membership Cancellation
4.1. Nina Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any Vivva membership and revoke any and all unredeemed Vivva Dollars collected by any member for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
  4.1.1. violation of these Terms and Conditions;
  4.1.2. misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Programme
  4.1.3. violation of any national or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges.
  4.1.4. failure to pay for hotel charges.
  4.1.5. a check to a participating property that is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason.
  4.1.6. commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Programme.
  4.1.7. more than one active account per member.
  4.1.8. physical, verbal, or written abuse of hotel or Nina Hospitality personnel.
  4.1.9. action, in any other way, to the detriment of the Programme or any of its alliances; all as may be determined by Nina Hospitality in its sole discretion.

4.2. Cancellation requested by members - Members may terminate their membership at any time by sending a written notification to the Vivva Membership Team via email or post.

4.3. Once the membership is cancelled for any reasons, the Vivva Dollars and eVouchers will be forfeited immediately and may not be reinstated or transferred.
5. Eligible Spending
5.1. Member can earn Vivva Dollars via Room and F&B spending at participated hotels and dining outlets of Nina Hospitality Company Limited.
  5.1.1. Participated hotels for room stay
    5.1.1.1. Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West
    5.1.1.2. Nina Hotel Island South
    5.1.1.3. Nina Hotel Causeway Bay
    5.1.1.4. Nina Hotel Kowloon East
    5.1.1.5. Lodgewood by Nina Hospitality Mong Kok

  5.1.2. Participated dining outlets
    5.1.2.1. Café Circles
    5.1.2.2. Ru
    5.1.2.3. Ah Yung Kitchen
    5.1.2.4. canton pot
    5.1.2.5. Nina Patisserie (except Central Market and pop-up store )

5.2. Banquet spending is not eligible for Vivva Dollars earning.

5.3. Eligible Room Spending
  5.3.1. Vivva Dollars earning apply to eligible Room Rates only, which includes:
    5.3.1.1. Direct bookings with the participating properties via the hotel corporate websites, corporate sales and reservations teams or front office teams.
    5.3.1.2. Long stay packages, quarantine stay packages and OTA bookings are not eligible rate of Vivva earning.
  5.3.2. Vivva Dollars earning based on the actual settlement amount on the guest check (including 10% service charge, excluding Tips) The related room spending includes:
    5.3.2.1. Room charge
    5.3.2.2. Supplement for Lounge facilities
    5.3.2.3. All incidental charges in the room bill, e.g., laundry, minibar, limousine airport transfer and in-room dining

5.4. Eligible F&B Spending
  5.4.1. Vivva Dollars earning based on the actual settlement amount on the guest check (including 10% service charge, excluding Tips). The related F&B spending includes:
    5.4.1.1. Food and beverage expenses at all F&B outlets
    5.4.1.2. In-room dining
    5.4.1.3. Self-pick-up takeaway (Eligible F&B spending does not cover takeaway order that placed via 3rd party platform, e.g., Deliveroo)
    5.4.1.4. eShop spending
  5.4.2. Members MUST settle their bills fully or partially by their own credit cards or e-payment on which their names should match with the registered Vivva membership records.
6. Vivva Dollars Earning
6.1. General Terms
  6.1.1. The bill, apply to both room and F&B, must be in member’s names.
  6.1.2. Members can earn Vivva Dollars according to their settlement amount (inclusive of 10% service charge) which is the amount after discounts and redeemable eVoucher amount. Tips is not entitled to Vivva Dollars.
  6.1.3. Members can earn Vivva Dollars on credit card deposit 1-day after the stay or dining transactions completed, together with regular earning.
  6.1.4. Spending of their previous stays or dining records BEFORE their membership enrolment CANNOT be used for earning Vivva Dollars
  6.1.5. Members cannot earn Vivva Dollars while using any Chinachem Group Staff Discount.
  6.1.6. The amount of eVouchers used to offset member’s hotel bills, Nina Hospitality gift certificates, Bartered expenses or Tips are not eligible for Vivva Dollars earning.
  6.1.7. Retro claims, apply to both eligible room and F&B transaction, can only be claimed within 90 days. Any cases beyond this period will not be settled.
  6.1.8. In case of any disputes on Vivva Dollars calculation, members must report to Vivva Membership Team within 90 days from check-out date. Nina Hospitality reserves the right to make the final decision.

6.2. Room Earning
  6.2.1. Members should quote the membership number or registered phone or email upon check-in.
  6.2.2. Members must be registered guests of the hotels at the time the eligible room spending is incurred (not bookers, nor the person who settle the bill but not the staying guest) and must have a valid Vivva membership.
  6.2.3. Members should receive the eligible Vivva Dollars one day after check-out if you have a valid membership at the time of departure and settled your bill with no outstanding balance.
  6.2.4. Premium members should receive the Premium bonus one day after check-out together with the regular earning.
  6.2.5. Premium bonus is limited as 8,000 Vivva Dollars per stay.
  6.2.6. Members can earn up to 4 rooms per night per stay (member’s room and three additional rooms) will be credited into your Vivva account if you are one of the registered guests and physically stay in one of the rooms.
  6.2.7. The amount of eVouchers used to offset member’s hotel bills, Nina Hospitality gift certificates, Bartered expenses or Tips are not eligible for Vivva Dollars earning.

6.3. F&B Earning
  6.3.1. Members should quote the membership number or registered phone or email before settling the bill.
  6.3.2. Members must have a valid Vivva membership upon dining.
  6.3.3. Members should receive the eligible Vivva Dollars one day after the dining transaction date if you have a valid membership at the time and settled your bill with no outstanding balance.
  6.3.4. Members can earn up to 100,000 Vivva Dollars per dining transaction.
  6.3.5. Premium members should receive the Premium bonus one day after the dining date, together with the regular earning.
  6.3.6. Premium bonus is limited as 8,000 Vivva Dollars per dining transaction.

6.4. Birthday Earning
  6.4.1. Members can earn 2,000 Birthday Vivva Dollars once per calendar year upon the first patronage with eligible spending on rooms or food & beverage during the birthday month. This offer is valid only once in a year during the birthday month and it will be forfeited if not claimed.
  6.4.2. The 2,000 Birthday Vivva Dollars will be credited automatically into member’s Vivva account the following day upon his/her birthday patronage.
7. Rewards Redemption
7.1. General terms
  7.1.1. Member should consist of a valid and active Vivva membership during redemption
  7.1.2. Redeemed items cannot be consumed or collected after the expiry date. It will be forfeited after the expiry date and no replacement will be issued.
  7.1.3. All redemption products or eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given when settling the bill.
  7.1.4. All redemption products or eVouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled.
  7.1.5. All converted Vivva Dollars will be deducted and cannot be recovered.
  7.1.6. All dine-in redemption items cannot be exchanged to takeaway.
  7.1.7. Upon enjoying the Dine-in Redemption items, additional tea and condiments charges and its 10% service charge apply. For any additional orders, member need to settle the item and its 10% service charge accordingly.
  7.1.8. Vivva eVouchers is not eligible for redemption of hotel vouchers or specific products.
  7.1.9. Vivva eVouchers is not eligible for settling the balance of Asia Miles points plus cash redemption.
  7.1.10. Vivva eVouchers is not eligible for eShop purchase.
  7.1.11. Nina Hospitality reserves the rights to change the reward list without prior notice.

7.2. eVouchers redemption
  7.2.1. Please quote your membership number / phone number and the type and quantity of your redeemed item(s) upon check-in or upon bill settlement.
  7.2.2. eVouchers cannot be used to pay the deposit or settle any advance payment. Yet, they can be used for settling the balance payment on the event date or departure date.
  7.2.3. Different eVouchers to offset the designated hotel expenses, for example:
    7.2.3.1. Nina Hotels Room eVouchers are used to offset the room expenses at Nina Hotels properties only.
    7.2.3.2. Dining eVoucher are used to offset the dining expenses and banquet expenses at all restaurants & bars of any participating properties.
    7.2.3.3. Lodgewood by Nina Hospitality Room eVoucher are used to offset the room expenses at Lodgewood properties only.
  7.2.4. eVouchers are as good as cash, therefore, members can use their eVouchers to offset their expenses on hotel rooms and related incidentals (e.g., minibar, telephone, airport transfer, in-room dining), restaurants & bars and banquets, according to the type of eVoucher they redeem. However, it cannot be used for settling the remain balance of Member’s 50% off on birthday cake benefit.
  7.2.5. No minimum spending required for the use of eVouchers.
  7.2.6. No maximum/minimum amount(s) of eVoucher for bill settlement.
  7.2.7. No black out days apply to the use of eVouchers.
  7.2.8. Each eVoucher will be given 12 months validity period generated automatically by the system (calculated from the eVoucher conversion date). When the eVouchers are redeemed for paying the guest checks, the system will take out the eVouchers from the list on a “first-in, first-out” basis automatically to minimize the chance of leaving the expired eVouchers unused.

7.3. Nina Patisserie Products redemption
 7.3.1. Please call the collection spot for pick up arrangement at least 3-days in advance to confirm the product availability.
 7.3.2. The redeemed Nina Patisserie product should be collected at Nina Patisserie Tsuen Wan West or Nina Patisserie Causeway Bay during operation hours:
  7.3.2.1. Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West - Nina Patisserie: Lobby, G/F, 8 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan | 11:00am-9:00pm | 5330 5315 | ninapatisserie.tww@ninahotelgroup.com
  7.3.2.2. Nina Hotel Causeway Bay - Nina Patisserie: Lobby, G/F, 18 King's Road, Causeway Bay | 10:00am-8:00pm | 5638 5729 | ninapatisserie.cwb@ninahotelgroup.com
 7.3.3. The product collection period is Jul 25, 2022 – Dec 31, 2022.

7.4. Dine-in items at Ah Yung Kitchen
  7.4.1. Advance table booking is required to enjoy Vivva dine-in or redemption
  7.4.2. Please quote your membership number / phone number and redemption item(s) by the time of table reservations or take-away item reservation to ensure the item and menu availability (at least 3 days before dine-in date)
  7.4.3. Redemption items are available at specific period only. Please refer to the item name.
  7.4.4. Upon enjoying the Dine-in Redemption items, additional tea and condiments charges and its 10% service charge apply. For any additional orders, member need to settle the item and its 10% service charge accordingly.
  7.4.5. Redemption period: Aug 1, 2022 – Nov 30, 2022.

7.5. Dine-in items, including sets and buffets at Café Circles
  7.5.1. Advance table booking is required to enjoy Vivva dine-in redemption, including sets and buffets.
  7.5.2. The buffet redemption applies to Adult / Child / Senior buffet across the full week except black-out dates. We will not refund regarding to the price differences.
  7.5.3. Please quote your membership number / phone number and redemption item(s) by the time of table reservations to ensure the product availability (at least 3 days before dine-in date)
  7.5.4. Redemption items are available at specific period only. Please refer to the item name.
  7.5.5. Upon enjoying the Dine-in Redemption items, additional tea and condiments charges and its 10% service charge apply. For any additional orders, member need to settle the item and its 10% service charge accordingly.
  7.5.6. Redemption period:
    7.5.6.1. For Afternoon Tea Set: Sep 1, 2022 - Oct 31, 2022
    7.5.6.2. For Lunch Buffet: Aug 1, 2022 – Nov 30, 2022

7.6. Dine-in items at canton pot
  7.6.1. Advance table booking is required to enjoy Vivva dine-in redemption.
  7.6.2. Please quote your membership number / phone number and redemption item(s) by the time of table reservations to ensure the item and menu availability (at least 3 days before dine-in date).
  7.6.3. Redemption items are available at specific period only. Please refer to the item name.
  7.6.4. Upon enjoying the Dine-in Redemption items, additional tea and condiments charges and its 10% service charge apply. For any additional orders, member need to settle the item and its 10% service charge accordingly.
  7.6.5. Redemption period: Oct 1, 2022 – 30 Nov, 2022.
8. Member Privileges
8.1. Room Privileges
 8.1.1. Vivva Rate
  8.1.1.1. Vivva Rates require advance bookings with hotel directly.
  8.1.1.2. Vivva Rates and privileges are subject to availability.
  8.1.1.3. Vivva Rates apply to selected packages only.
  8.1.1.4. The Vivva Member Rate shown on the hotel online booking page of the hotel website is the discounted price.
  8.1.1.5. Members are required to provide valid membership identification upon reservation, check-in, and check-out to enjoy the Vivva Member Rate, otherwise, the on-day Best Available Rate (BAR) will apply.

 8.1.2. Late Check-out
  8.1.2.1. Classic Member – late check out up to 1:00pm
  8.1.2.2. Premium Member – late check out up to 4:00pm
  8.1.2.3. This benefit applies to eligible bookings with hotel directly (i.e., booking through hotel official website or via reservation hotline. All 3rd parties booking is not entitled with the benefit)
  8.1.2.4. Late Check-out arrangement subject to on-day availability (The day(s) of stay). The benefit is not guaranteed upon room reservation

 8.1.3. Premium Member Exclusive - Early Check-in
  8.1.3.1. Early Check-in up to 10:00am

   8.1.4. Premium Member Exclusive - Free upgrade to next room category
    8.1.4.1. Room upgrade arrangement subject to on-day availability (The day(s) of stay). The benefit is not guaranteed upon room reservation
   8.1.4.2. This benefit applies to eligible bookings with hotel directly (i.e., booking through hotel official website or via reservation hotline. All 3rd parties booking is not entitled with the benefit)
    8.1.4.3. Room upgrade based on room to room, suite to suite basis.

  8.1.5. Premium Member Exclusive – Bonus Vivva Dollars earning
   8.1.5.1. Premium members enjoy 100% bonus Vivva Dollars (up to 8,000 Vivva Dollars per stay) on eligible room spending

    8.2.1.2. The year- round offer applies to the total bill of any one transaction and are valid throughout the day for any meal periods and a la carte menu unless it is specified. Discounts do not apply to non-menu items, Seafood, Chef menu, set menu, bottled wine, products, and vouchers purchase.
    8.2.1.3. Final payment is subject to 10% service charge of original prices unless it is specified.
    8.2.1.4. Members are free to enjoy Vivva discount offer or whichever discount rates (e.g., credit card discount offers) are available at the time of patronage to suit their needs. Yet, the selected discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, and it must comply with the terms & conditions of use concerned.
    8.2.1.5. Member’s discount and Vivva Dollars do not apply to any CASH payment at restaurants and bars. To earn Vivva Dollars, members must pay by their own credit cards or e-payment platform, which are served as membership identification.

  8.2.2. Premium Member Exclusive - Vivva complimentary delights
    8.2.2.1. Premium members enjoy complimentary selected dessert at Ah Yung Kitchen, canton po and Ru, during dinner period.
    8.2.2.2. Benefits subject to availability. First come first served.

  8.2.3. Premium Member Exclusive – Bonus Vivva earning
    8.2.3.1. Premium members enjoy 20% bonus Vivva Dollars (up to 8,000 Vivva Dollars per stay) on eligible F&B spending

  8.2.4. Please note that you can enjoy discount & offer at selected outlets of Central Market. However, you cannot earn Vivva Dollars in the corresponding outlets.


8.3. Birthday Privileges

  8.3.1. The 50% off on 1 selected cake at Nina Patisserie
    8.3.1.1. The offer will be credited to member’s account 1 day in prior to member’s birthday month. It will be in a form of eVoucher and will be reflected in member’s account accordingly. Corresponding email or SMS will be sent according to member’s opt-in preference.
    8.3.1.2. The 50% off birthday cake eVoucher applies to selected types of cake only, includes:
      8.3.1.2.1. Mango Napoleon (12cm)
      8.3.1.2.2. Mixed Berries Napoleon (12cm)
      8.3.1.2.3. Strawberry Napoleon (12cm)

    8.3.1.3. The discount applies to purchase of 1 cake only.

    8.3.1.6. Member should visit in person and purchase the cake at Café Circles, Ru, canton pot, Nina Patisserie Tsuen Wan West or Nina Patisserie Causeway Bay, at least 3 days in advance to the pick-up date. Member should order and full pay for the birthday cake and arrange pick up location by the time accordingly.
    8.3.1.7. The eVoucher is not applicable to online purchase.
    8.3.1.8. Member can pick up the cake at the selected outlet only: Café Circles , Nina Patisserie Tsuen Wan West and Nina Patisserie Causeway Bay.
    8.3.1.9. Member should pick up the cake upon confirmed date and venue. The cake will not be hold overnight and the offer will be forfeited accordingly.

  8.3.2. Birthday 2,000 Bonus earning upon 1st spending
    8.3.2.1. Members can earn 2,000 Birthday Vivva Dollars once per calendar year upon the first patronage with eligible spending on rooms, food & beverage and banquet during the birthday month. This offer is valid only once in a year during the birthday month and it will be forfeited if not claimed. (Regarding to eligibility of earning Vivva dollars, please refer to the page of “My Vivva Dollars”.
    8.3.2.2. The 2,000 Birthday Vivva Dollars will be credited automatically into member’s Vivva account the following day upon his/her birthday patronage.
