- This package is only available every Friday and Saturday, between 29 July to 27 August.
- Each hotel room booking is entitled to a maximum of one ticket to the EVA racing experience at Nina MALL. Each ticket is eligible for one participant only. Repeated use of ticket is not allowed.
- The period of EVA Car Racing is every Friday 5:30pm – 6:30pm and every Saturday 6pm – 7pm, with an 8-minute timeslot. The Hotel will allocate the exact timeslot to the guest on a first-come-first-served basis. Any amendment is not allowed.
- Participant is required to arrive and register at NINA MALL I Atrium 20 minutes before the participating timeslot. Participant should arrive on time. Late comer will not be admitted.
- A minimum of 110 cm height is required to participate in the racing.
- Participant under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

- During the promotion period, in events of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, and/or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal hoisted on or before noon, the EVA racing experience will be suspended.In events of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal lowered on or before 3pm, the EVA racing experience will resume back to normal in the next 2 hours. Guests who have already checked into the Hotel, will be allocated to another timeslot for the racing experience, subject to availability.
- Advance reservation is required, booking must be guaranteed by credit card.
- Subject to availability, extra bed is available upon request.
- All package privileges and services must be enjoyed during the period of stay and will be suspended upon check-out.
- Any cancellation or amendment is not allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- In the case of any disputes, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West and NINA MALL's decision shall be final.
