- This package is for a consecutive 7-night stay. Booking must be made for the date of arrival at Hong Kong in accordance with HKSAR Government’s regulations.
- Bedding arrangement is subject to the Hotel’s availability upon check-in.
- Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
- Booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card upon confirmation.
- Room rates will be fully charged upon booking confirmation. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once reservation is confirmed. A penalty charge equivalent to one-night room charge will apply should there be any cancellation or amendment of the booking. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations. Any amendment on guest name is not allowed upon booking confirmation.
- In case of a flight delay or the guest is tested COVID-19 positive, he/she is advised to email the required supporting documents  to the Reservations Department at reservations.ke@ninahotelgroup.com for further follow-up. The Hotel will only allow free amendments or cancellations should there be changes with the Government’s requirements (e.g. lengthening of the quarantine period/medical surveillance period). Any changes on the stay period will be subject to availability and hotel’s confirmation.
- No Show Policy: Please note that a full payment of the entire stay will be charged of being no show without any prior notice.
- The Government will provide point-to-point transportation at the Hong Kong International Airport to convey travellers to the Designated Quarantine Hotel. Getting off in the middle of the journey or choosing to take other means of transport to go to the Hotel is not allowed.
- Arrangement for Minors: For guests aged 14 to17 years old, he/she can be accompanied or unaccompanied by an adult for quarantine. For unaccompanied minor, the adult is required to sign the “Consent Form for Unaccompanied Person Staying in Designated Hotel”.  Guests aged 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult for the entire quarantine period. All accompanying person must sign the “Undertaking Form for Accompany Person”. All payments should be settled in advance for minors.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
- All benefits and offers are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- All room rates and privileges are subject to the Hotel’s availability, and subject to change without any prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Nina Hospitality Company Limited shall be final.
