Cody Kui | Executive Chef

Trained in Italy, and with decades of experience creating Italian cuisine, Cody Kui is driven by a desire to give his guests an authentic taste of the country he’s spent so much time studying and admiring.  Previously a European menu specialist at The Hong Kong Club and Alto 88, Cody crafts dishes at Corner 18 that take their tastes and inspirations from the fresh produce that’s flown in daily from the markets in Europe.
