The signature residence is set to welcome a new era as L’hotel Group, the region’s operator of best-in-class luxury hotels and modern serviced residences, brings an elevated suite of bespoke experiences and service enhancements alongside its management takeover on 1 July 2020.

The Lily will welcome a new hospitality team from L’hotel, who will implement a range of well-rounded service upgrades including: guest engagement services; an all-star ‘Chef-on-Demand’ service by L’hotel’s top culinary artisans; wellness services including customised personal training and arrangement of guided tours to UNESCO Geoparks; as well as an instant messaging platform with personalised notifications, AI-powered chat service, and hassle-free support from service teams.

“For L’hotel, hospitality means to provide bespoke attention and foster a sense of community,” Sylvia Chung, Deputy Managing Director of L’hotel Management Company Limited, said. “We want to curate exciting social experiences that bring residents together, to help families create fond memories with exceptional venue design and gourmet catering, and to make speaking to our team as direct and effortless as messaging a friend. We are confident our residents will appreciate these upgrades, which blend personalised services with vibrant programming to create one of most enviable residential communities at the Southside.”
