Tower 1 of Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West has been chosen in the 6th cycle to be the Designated Hotels for Quarantine
The health and well-being of our guests, customers and colleagues are of paramount importance to us at Nina Hospitality.
As part of our commitment to serve and contribute to the Hong Kong community to combat against COVID-19, Tower 1 of Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West has been chosen in the 6th cycle to be one of the Designated Hotels for Quarantine starting from 1 December 2021 to 28 February 2022. In the meantime, Tower 2 will be operating its regular service as usual. To comply with Government’s requirement, Tower 1 and Tower 2 will be isolated and operated as two independent premises with individual entrances, lifts and there will be no common areas serving both towers after isolation. Each Tower will have their own independent ventilation system in compliance with guidelines set forth by the local authorities.
We will have a comprehensive safe management system to ensure the well-being and safety of all our guests and colleagues. Guests on quarantine will be assigned to designated floors at Tower 1, the hotel will have dedicated team members to assist them during their stay. These guests will remain in their rooms at all times as per advice of the Centre for Health Protection. All team members on duty are required to wear surgical masks, and depending on the job function, we will provide them with sufficient personal protective equipment accordingly.
We will continue to remain vigilant and will work closely with the local authorities to put in place the most appropriate measures. This means executing the necessary control procedures, providing support and medical assistance where required.
